Custom-Built Orders – No Returns
All Floating Greens are custom-built to order based on each client’s specific requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once production has begun.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once production has commenced, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care to ensure that all Floating Greens are of the highest quality before delivery. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please follow these steps:

Inspect Upon Delivery – Customers are required to inspect the product upon delivery and before installation.

Report Issues Immediately – Any damage or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Resolution Options:

If the damage is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

If the product was damaged during shipping, we will work with the shipping provider to find a resolution.

Warranty Policy

Floating Greens come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation are not covered under the warranty.
